It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of 153 Sushi after seven wonderful years of serving our local community. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have decided to close our doors for the final time on March 31st.

After years of serving sushi lovers in Chesterfield, Fuji Sushi has been transformed into 153 Sushi by experienced chef Ben Ahn. Ben founded the St. Louis favorite, Wasabi, in 2003. After two years branching out to serve the community of Denver, Ben is happy to be back in St. Louis to share his love of sushi and community with Sushi 153.
